"OUR DAYS CAN COME TO AN END: SEASON FINALE"



                 EXT. SHORE (DUSK)

                 The WAVE is coming at full blast. The town sits desolate,
                 there isn't a soul outside. IT slowly rages forward, it's
                 earth shattering SOUND slowly becomes LOUDER AND LOUDER. 

                 However, within a BLINK OF AN EYE it's at the beach. It
                 picks up sand and grass and crashes against a small man
                 made dyke. 

                 It lifts up over the dyke and smashes into an office
                 building. Glass smashes. People are swept out of the
                 office, they fall quickly to the ground. 

                 It still maintains Momentum passing blocks of streets. 

                 People cling onto anything they can find. Some people
                 press themselves against large buildings. 



                 EXT. STREET - EARLIER

                 Hoffman (Bill Moseley) runs after Stone (Damian Lewis) 

                                         HOFFMAN
                           TELL ME

                                         STONE
                           I can't. 

                                         HOFFMAN
                           Please. 

                                         STONE
                           I work for Ivan Chavez. 

                                         HOFFMAN
                           Of Organ Tech? 

                                         STONE
                           Yes. 

                                         HOFFMAN
                           But why? 

                                         STONE
                           I can't discuss that. 

                 They turn a corner. 

                                         HOFFMAN
                           Why? 

                                         STONE
                           I said I don't want to talk about
                           it.

                                         HOFFMAN
                           Do you owe? 

                                         STONE
                           No. 

                                         HOFFMAN
                           There's got to be an explanation. 

                 Stone stops. 

                                         STONE
                           Mr. Vinn, do you want to know why? 

                                         HOFFMAN
                           Yes. 

                                         STONE
                           I'm I like to Kill. 

                                         HOFFMAN
                           What? 

                                         STONE
                           I like blood, I like seeing people
                           in pain, I like that feeling you
                           get when you see a persons eyes
                           shut. I'm a killer. 

                                         HOFFMAN
                           Stone - that, that can't be. I
                           won't accept that to be... true? 

                                         STONE
                           It's true. 

                                         HOFFMAN
                           You're not going to...

                                         STONE
                           No. I only do what the company
                           asks. 

                                         HOFFMAN
                           Good.

                                         STONE
                           Though, if the company asked me
                           to...

                                         HOFFMAN
                           You'd kill me? 

                                         STONE
                           Yes. 

                                         HOFFMAN
                           Why?

                                         STONE
                           Because the company told me to. 



                 EXT. CITY

                 The wave is slowly down, though the momentum doesn't seem
                 like it's changing. 

                 It topples buildings, people try to out run it but they
                 can't. They're sucked into the water and thrown around
                 like food in a blender. 



                 INT. LOFT

                 HAL (Greg Grunberg) places a note on a table and shoots
                 himself on the head. 

                                         HAL (V.O.)
                           I'm sorry, Sarah. 



                 EXT. ALLEY (REPO MODE) - SAME TIME (TSUNAMI)

               Stone slowly approaches an alley, a young junkie named
               ADRIENNE (Adriana Barraza) sits by a garbage can. She
               cautiously sticks herself with a needle. Her eyes wander
               around the alley. Stone walks out of the shadows and stands
               in the middle of the only opening of the alley. His shadow
               makes him look like an empowering beast.

               POV MELINDA: She eyes all exits but can't find a decent one,
               Stone's shadow casts a darkness from hell.

               (BACK TO NORMAL)

                 She gets up off the ground, the needle still stuck in her
                 arm, she races towards the alley wall. Stone cranks his
                 head to the right side, making him look like a zombie,
                 his walking slows down considerably. It's a battle of the
                 fittest. Stone snaps on a pair of black gloves and grabs
                 a small scalpel from a tool belt shaped strap. Melinda,
                 in fear and distress, starts to scratch the walls,
                 yelling for help.
                 Tormenting her, Stone slowly walks up to her, his every
                 step seems to make a SMASHING sound. Before she knows it,
                 her and Stone are standing face to face. His eyes show no
                 emotion. Lifting his arms, he pushes her against an alley
                 wall, her head violently hits the old decaying bricks
                 that make up the wall. Crashing down, she is suddenly
                 thrown to the ground. Going in and out of consciousness;
                 her eyes race around Stone's body. Sitting on top of her
                 legs, Stone swiftly pulls off her shirt, revealing an old 
                 white bra. Taking the scalpel he traces a small area
                 where the kidneys are. With one swift stab, Stone begins
                 to cut around the delicately traced out area. Before,
                 Melinda can scream, Stone puts his hand on her mouth,
                 smothering all sound. With a loud GUSHING sound, Stone
                 gradually unearths two

                 kidneys and puts them on top of Melinda's chest. She
                 shakes furiously in shock.

                 However, this is disrupted when DAVIS (Mahershalalhashbaz
                 Ali) runs down the alley. He yells loudly at Stone and
                 the now dead Adrienne. 

                                         DAVIS
                           Hey, you! Get away from her. 

                 Stone looks up at Davis. 

                                         DAVIS (CONT'D)
                           Stone? 

                                         STONE
                                (distorted)
                           Don't get yourself into this mess,
                           buddy. 

                 Stone swings at Davis, cutting his chest. 

                                         DAVIS
                           Stone? 

                 A wave crashes into the alley. Stone's uniform flies off.
                 Davis takes a good look at Stone aka The Repo Man just
                 before going into a state of unconscious dilemma. 

                 Stone, nervous, looks around at starts running out of the
                 alley. But another GIANT wave rushes in, knocking him out
                 immediately. 



                 INT. OFFICE BUILDING

                 Jamie sits tied up in a chair well Ivan walks around her. 

                                         JAMIE
                           You sick fuck. 

                                         IVAN
                           Oh boo who, cry me a river bitch.

                                         JAMIE
                           Do you do this with all your
                           employees? 

                                         IVAN
                           Only the ones who try and
                           blackmail me. 

                                         JAMIE
                           It figures. 

                                         IVAN
                           I can't believe you tried to
                           convince the world that you were
                           having a bastard son. And I was
                           the father. 

                                         JAMIE
                           Untie me.

                                         IVAN
                           The wave isn't suppose to hit
                           till...

                 Ivan looks at his watch. 

                                         JAMIE
                           Now.

                 The wave hits the building. Shattering all the glass in
                 the office. The water rushes into the office, picks up
                 Ivan, and lifts him out of the office. 

                                         JAMIE (CONT'D)
                           IVAN! 

                 The water picks up JAMIE as we:
